Minutes
Meeting was called to order in proper fashion at 7:04 pm.
Roll Call of Officers:
Commander Keidel (P)
Sr. Vice Donnelly (P)
Jr Vice Hopper (P)
Adj. & Treas. Thompson (E)

Commander Keidel read the past minutes. Motion To accept as read by Walt
Henriksen and 2nd by John Donnelly, Passed.
Bills against the Chapter $13.98 for doughnuts to Val Henriksen Passed and will be
paid at a later date.
It was also discussed doing something for Comrade Thompson for the Passing of his
Sister. Seeing as Ernie sends out the cards and is our Treasurer. Do we send him a
card or ask him to mail himself one? Motion was made and 2nd to have the Chapter
do something. Passed.John Donnelly and 2nd by Jerry.
We had two members who attended the Meeting one who is a Tranfer to Our
Chapter and the other from Afton who took an application for his son to join with
him. Both were introduced and made to feel welcome.
Commander Keidel gave a Flag Committee report., We seem to have enough new
flags to hand out . We however have collected enough flags to hold another Flag
Retirement Ceremony.
We also talked about our next Forget-Me-Not drive in Nov. Also maybe doing a
dinner or something for a Chapter Fund raiser.
Memorial Ceremony was held.
Unfinished Business and New Business was discussed but no real report given.
Good of the Order was $20.00 and meeting was adjourned at 7:49pm
